cold temperature poor soundproofing

the location proved satisfactory with tram number two readily available for travel to duomo.

the air conditioning throughout the hotel had already been switched to the cold setting even at the end of april, resulting in a very cold room. furthermore, the room lacked adequate soundproofing, allowing all noises from neighboring rooms to be clearly heard. finally there was a sizable gap under the entrance door.

The room included a private kitchenette with a large fridge and a hotplate. A kitchen sink was also available. The bathroom was large and divided into two sections.. I appreciated the anteroom that featured a sink and a shower. The staff was helpful and responsive. The housekeeper cleaned the room daily.

The room was not soundproofed. I could hear everything from the adjacent room.

Satisfactory stay

clean room working air conditioning many towels helpful supermarket

The room was clean. The air conditioning worked GREAT. Lots of towels were available, and a fridge was quite handy for storing water and snacks. I found a HUGE supermarket nearby that operates 24/7. This supermarket proved really helpful.

The room WAS a little dark, and the decor seemed somewhat outdated. The pictures appear more modern.
